What are you looking for:


A generic online program to prepare you for a specific race.




What we offer:


NRG2Perform provides you an 8 to 16 week training program to build up to your chosen Event.

What are you looking for:


You require a Customized Training program, for a minimum of 6 months, which is focused on a Key Event and monitored regularly by an NRG2Perform coach.


What we offer:


NRG2Perform provides you a customized training program as you build-up to your Key Event. Communication with your NRG2Perform Coach is available at regular intervals, providing feedback on your progress and if necessary to adjust your program.


How does it work:


Your NRG2Perform Coach works with you to develop a  training plan leading up your Key Event and might suggest smaller races and training camps which help support your build up to this Key Event.


A weekly schedule will be designed off the training plan, which upon request can be reviewed, up to three times per year, based on your training progress.


Race strategies, including pacing and nutrition, will be developed in preparation for your Key Event.


The Excel Training Program includes: 1 hour of personal training per year. (excl. travel expenses), Complementary NRG2Perform Team Membership, Premium TrainingPeaks subscription, access to Product Partner discounts and a free NRG2Perform T-Shirt.


Minimum 3 months


NT$1,500/week (Craig Johns)


NT$1,250/week (Team Coach)

What are you looking for:


You require a Customized Individual Training program, for a minimum of 12 months, which is monitored closely by an NRG2Perform coach. You are an athlete focused  on achieving your goals and striving for optimal sports performance while balancing your daily commitments.


What we offer:


NRG2Perform provides you a customized training program with specific heart rate (and power) training zones as you build-up to 1 or more Key Events during a year. Your dedicated NRG2Perform Coach will support you with all necessary knowledge, updates and feedback to optimize the effectiveness of your program.




How does it work:


Your NRG2Perform Coach works with you to develop a long-term training plan around your Key Events and provides suggestions on smaller races and training camps which help support your build up for those Key Events.


The long-term training plan will be translated by your Coach into Key Event specific training blocks and weekly training schedules. They will be constantly reviewed based on your training progress, feedback, and analysis of your power and/or heart rate files.

 

Frequent coach and athlete-initiated communication is encouraged.


Race strategies, including pacing and nutrition, will be developed in preparation for your Key Events.


The Succeed Training Program includes: 2 hours of personal training, 4 hours of Video Analysis per year (excl. travel expenses), Complementary NRG2Perform Team Membership, Premium TrainingPeaks subscription, access to Product Partner discounts and  a free NRG2Perform T-Shirt.
