Elite/Development - Jul 4 - Aug 21

A group of eight elite and development athletes will join NRG2Perform Coaches Craig Johns and Sam Hsieh for a 2 month summer training camp in Taipei. Athletes will be training 2-3x per day as they prepare for the 2011 ITU Asia Triathlon Championships to be held in Yilan on September 23-25th. They will be challenging each other to improve their performance so they can show to the rest of Asia that Triathlon in Taiwan has stepped up its game. The athletes will have two weeks of training in Hualien to hone their open water skills.

Ironman 70.3 Performance - Aug 26-28

The 2nd annual Kenting Performance Training Camp will take place 10 weeks out from the 2011 Ironman 70.3 Taiwan. The camp will follow a similar structure to last years successful camp with swim, cycle and run sessions on the Ironman 70.3 Taiwan course. A range of Performance seminars on training and racing related topics will be covered. The training will be focused on endurance and strength specific to competing in the Ironman 70.3 Taiwan event.

Ironman 70.3 Preparation - Oct 8-10

NRG2Perform is excited to partner with Ironman 70.3 Taiwan to bring you the Ironman 70.3 Preparation Training Camp. The Camp will be held on the 2011 race course and will help you prepare for optimal performance, through course reconnaissance and close interaction with NRG2Perform coaches. The camp is designed to provide you with the best possible race day experience with two and half days of specific training and seminars, and is open to athletes of all abilities and experience levels.
